Mark and Jeff, the owners of Lucky Clouds, were born and raised in N. E. Philadlephia. They became life long friends after meeting in kindergarten at Farrell Elementary School on Castor avenue. From there, the owners went on to graduate from Resurrection Grade School and Father Judge High School.
