Scarlett Raine Drops was started early 2019 in a small town in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area by a man named Josiah Cole. He named the company after the one thing that brought him the most happiness, his daughter (Scarlett Raine). Josiah was/is a recovering addict and after several trips to various rehabilitation centers “something had to change” therefore Josiah had to find a way to keep himself busy & out of trouble. After his last trip to rehab he put down his cigarettes (after 23 years) by learning about the wide world of Vaping. He learned how to regulate the nicotine and started teaching him-self through trial and error (with the help of close friends, flavor manufacturers, DIY enthusiasts, training classes & seminars) to rebuild coils, wick & mix different flavors for vaping and culinary purposes. Soon he began giving samples to friends & coworkers and the responses were unbelievable! Thus Scarlett Raine Drops was born.
