👎👎👎 DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR VAPE BATTERIES. I purchased what I thought was a new battery, and it stopped working within a couple of weeks. Getting a replacement was difficult, and when I finally received it, it was also damaged. It is clear at this point that they were not intending to provide a functional replacement and treated me dismissively to get rid of me. When I called back to report this, expecting fair treatment, the owner, Saad, refused to honor the claim and simply dismissed me. Their customer service is unprofessional and dismissive, showing no regard for paying customers. That is simply unacceptable. I paid for a new product and was given a DAMAGED one twice. This is not how a business retains customers. Based on my experience, this company sells damaged goods deliberately, which is effectively THEFT. I will be reporting this shady business practice to the BBB, FTC, and the state attorney general. BUYERS BEWARE.
